Brain Boost
A brain-and-body game show pairing themed trivia slides with gentle seated movement. Residents exercise their bodies and minds while cheering, laughing, and playing together. 55 minutes: 7-minute warm-up · 40-minute program · 7-minute cool-down · 1-minute affirmation
Programs are designed to be safely completed while seated. Optional standing variations may be offered when appropriate for a participant's abilities, comfort level, and community guidelines. Travel within Hamilton County is included. Locations outside Hamilton County are subject to the mileage-based fees listed in our Travel Policy.
