Every program is mobile, adaptable, and led by instructors who know how to engage residents at every level of care. All equipment, supplies, setup, instruction, and cleanup are included. No contracts are required. Programs are designed to be safely completed while seated. Optional standing variations may be offered when appropriate for a participant's abilities, comfort level, and community guidelines.
