One-on-One Weekend Fitness Visit
Choose any Retro Active fitness experience, including Jive Drum yoga-ball drumming, Dance Through Time, Brain Boost, or Fit & Fabulous. Your selected program will be personalized to the participant’s interests, mobility, energy, and ability level. All necessary fitness equipment and supplies are included.

Every option below is included at the displayed service price. Choosing Jive Drum yoga-ball drumming does not change the $125 fitness-visit price.
Programs are designed to be safely completed while seated. Optional standing variations may be offered when appropriate for a participant's abilities, comfort level, and community guidelines. Travel within Hamilton County is included. Locations outside Hamilton County are subject to the mileage-based fees listed in our Travel Policy.
